Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy: Our classes operate in 8-week sessions. If you need to cancel, kindly do so at least 72 hours before the first class to receive a full refund minus a $20.00 administration fee. 

Late for Class: It is important to be on time for class to ensure a proper warm-up and class flow. We understand that people run late sometimes, youth will be welcomed into classes whenever they arrive, however will need to complete a proper warm-up on the side, prior to joining the class.

Waitlists: When classes are full, you can add yourself to the class waitlist. If space later becomes available, you will receive an automatic email letting you know you have been added to the class. Please note, that if you are added into class, you will be held to the same cancellation policy as with any other class you sign up for. 

Observing Classes: Guardians will be invited inside the studio to watch the first and last class of the session. It is encouraged that you take time outside of the studio during the class hour due to space constrictions. 

Photos & Videos: We asked that you do not take any photos/videos during class time to ensure the privacy of the other youth attending our classes. With instructor permission, you can take photos/videos at the end of class, assuming there is time available. 

Student & Parent Behavior: We are an open door studio and welcome all youth. Please respect our instructors and their role in teaching classes. Guardians should not be interfering with youth or instructors during class time. We do not tolerate bullying or disrespecting youth, instructors and other parents in our facility. Such behavior will result in removal from the class and may be asked not to return to future classes with us.

Maltreatment: AerialFX is committed to creating a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for participants, families and staff. We have zero tolerance for abusive and discriminatory language, bullying, harassment, neglect, body shaming or physical/sexual violence. If an issue occurs, the individual/family will be asked to leave the facility permanently.
